Sebenarnyer saya do not feel good to suggest any stock to invest...sbb, saya manusia biasa, tak semestinya apa yg saya cakap betul....dan kalian pon manusia biasa, di mana kalau saya suggest anything, kalau rugi, sure u all akan marahkan saya, betul tak? hehe...

Saya tak berani nak suggest apa2....tapi...dulu, ada beberapa kawan rapat yang bertanya, saya ada la jugak suggestkan beberapa stock, seperti:

1) MKland (time tu harga 0.17, skrg 0.36, paling tinggi dia pergi 0.47)
2) Latexx (time tu harga 0.32, skrg 2.63, paling tinggi 2.80)
3) Sime Darby (time tu harga 5.20, skg 9.00)
4) Gamuda, TM, Axiata, Airasia, etc...tak perlulah saya listkan semua..

All those stock, I think still worth to watch...:)

1) Axiata
2) TM
3) Maxis
4) Plus
5) KPS
6) Hubline
7) OilCorp
8) Salcon
9) Keyasic
10) Keladi
11) dan lain2

Antara kesemua tu, ada beberap counter yang in my target, tgh tunggu masa yang sesuai utk tambah....tunggu right timing...yang pastinya NOT NOW, hehe...

Nanti kalau sempat, i will let u know, whenever I am ready to invest, hehe...funding dah ready, cuma timing belom ready...

Wallahu'alam

apakah komen saya? hmm....

my komen is..."NOW IS THE RIGHT TIME TO GET OUT OF THE MALAYSIA STOCK MARKET"!

SELL, SELL , SELL!!!

Kepada Malaysia misalanya...market merudum tahun lepas dari 1,510 kpd 840...then, suddenly dari 840, terus naik sampai 1,279, non-stop...this is sooo WOOW!! so fabulous....more than 50% gain tu !

Cuma, gua tidak expect ianyer terlalu BULL non-stop, tanpa rehat...it is considered not healthy....pancit la nanti....kalau kita berlari pon, mana boleh berlari tak rehat2, kena la rehat utk dptkan tenaga balik...

So, atas sebab itu, correction is "required" and it is healthy...kepada yang masih tak dpt tangkap apa maksud correction...Correction adalah PEMBETULAN, di mana setiap kenaikan memerlukan "profit taking" (supaya harga turun sedikit), utk gain momentum...

So, bila u all dah paham apa yg gua dah citer di atas tu, so what?

So, skrg ni, my another stand point....

why so?

Sebab, selalunya TEKNIKAL ANALYSIS COMES FIRST...followed by fundamental / news....maksudnya...kalau dari segi teknikalnya (spt dari segi FIBONACCI RETRACEMENT), market Malaysia (mahupun dunia) perlu retrace /correct ...tapi ia tidak berlaku, dan sperti enggan berlaku...

Justeru, apabila keluar berita tentang masalah di Dubai, maka, pelabur-pelabur dunia "ambil kesempatan" untuk keluar dari market dgn menjual...so, nak dipendekkan cerita, gua rasa, ini hanya permulaan utk BIG CORRECTION yang akan berlaku tidak lama lagi, mungkin seawal minggu ni, atau even TOMORROW!...wallahu'alam....

Kepada pelabur short term, my recommendation, jual kalau dah untung...
Kepada pelabur medium term, my recommendation, jual kalau dah untung...
Kepada pelabur long term, my recommendation, jual separuh dulu....dan tunggu dan lihat....

Tapi semua di atas hanya my opinion dan cannot be used legally against me...:) ahaks...spt yg gua pernah mentioned sblm ni, kalau u all untung hasil dari baca blog i ni, u all not obligated to say thank you...kalau rugi pulok, usahlah salahkan saya, tapi cermin-cermin diri sendiri jugak...sbb segala ulasan saya, hanya pendapat saya, dan u all obligated to do your own research and execute your own risk management for your own investment :)

Wallahu'alam..

KUALA LUMPUR 24 Nov. - Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) hari ini mengekalkan Kadar
Dasar Semalaman (OPR) pada paras 2.00 peratus. BNM dalam kenyataannya di sini
berkata, pengekalan kadar tersebut dilakukan berikutan terdapat tanda-tanda
positif keadaan ekonomi dan kewangan global bertambah baik.

Katanya,

World's Most Expensive Homes

Prices have dipped, but some sellers are certain their nine-figure properties will attract buyers.

Last year, a 40-acre Greenwich, Conn., property with a 21,897-square-foot, 14-bedroom Jacobean manor was listed for $125 million. It was the world's second most expensive home for sale.

It now sports a $60 million price tag and falls just short of making this year's list.

It's no secret sellers across the country are resorting to measures such as price cuts of 20% and higher to move their homes. What's new: That group is increasingly including owners of eight- and nine-figure properties. Last year, investor Marty Zweig pulled the $70 million Pierre Hotel penthouse off the market after it was listed for four years. Financier Leonard Ross, who had asked $165 million for the Hearst Mansion in Beverly Hills, Calif., de-listed it in September 2008.

A few months later, Prince Bandar of Saudi Arabia removed his $135 million Aspen ski lodge from the ranks of available listings. This year, "Hillendale," in Stamford, Conn., fell victim to the depressed housing market. It was listed for $95 million. It's no longer for sale. Others, such as the owners of an $85 million Wallace Neff-designed mansion, are leasing their properties until the market picks up.

Such moves, says Jonathan Miller, president and CEO of real estate appraisal firm Miller Samuel, are to be expected.

"There was a frenzy that caused the prices of these properties to be astronomical," he says. "Dramatic discounts are not as much a reflection of the market crashing, but a reflection of a reality."

While the number of buyers willing to invest in eight- and nine-figure homes has always been slim, a pullback in jumbo loan-financing has shrunk the pool even further. And some with the means to pay cash are waiting to see when the housing market will return to stability.

They may be holding off a while.

"First, the lower end of market started breaking," says Mike Simonsen, chief executive of Altos Research, a real estate statistics provider. "Then, it was only 12 months ago when the luxury market started to break, and just recently when the ultra-luxury market started to break. It may be years--it may be many years--before that market recovers. For this level, it will be even slower than the luxury market at large."

To entice buyers, owners and their brokers are resorting to strategies often reserved for sellers in more mainstream markets.

That's the tack the owners of the BootJack Ranch in Pagosa Springs, Co., adopted. In the last year, they lowered their asking price from $88 million to $68 million.

The home's broker, Bill Fandel of Sotheby's International Realty, hoped the discount would ignite interest. He says inquiries are coming from overseas billionaires.

"For those who have the wherewithal for a property like this," he says, "[they] now have to feel like they're buying well, that they're getting a great deal of value for these enormous prices."

Herald Grant, also with Sotheby's, de-listed an $80 million Southampton retreat that rounded out the World's Most Expensive list last year, rather than let it sit unsold.

"You put emotional prices on properties when people were spending," he says, "Now, sellers are being more conservative."

Grim forecasts, however, haven't deterred some sellers from listing their luxurious estates.

In March, Candy Spelling, wife of the late producer, Aaron Spelling, publicly listed their $150 million Holmby Hills mansion. Named "The Manor," the 100-room property tops this year's list. Despite plummeting home prices everywhere, it is priced higher than last year's No. 1, "Fleur De Lys," also in Holmby Hills and listed for $125 million. That property was modeled after Louis XIV's palace at Versailles, and is spread over 45,000 square feet.

The $100 million Albemarle House, a Charlottesville, Va., estate, is another newcomer to the list. Situated on 300 acres, and neighboring Monticello and Ash Lawn-Highland, the eight-bedroom Georgian home was designed by architect/designer David Easton.

Owners of properties outside the States also seem to be betting their properties' unique characteristics will draw buyers. Updown Court, the $117 million estate said to be larger than both Buckingham or Hampton Court palace, remains on the market. So does the $102 million, 11-bedroom, 29,000-square-foot Villa Leopolda on the French Riviera.

If their owners get antsy, perhaps they can consult Joel Horowitz, the co-founder of Tommy Hilfiger, and owner of "Tranquility" on Lake Tahoe. The $100 million, 210-acre property has been listed since 2006.

The Manor

Los Angeles, Calif.

Built by Candy and Aaron Spelling, this 4.7-acre estate rests flat land in Holmby Hills. Its numerous entertaining salons feature Palladian windows and views of the property's gardens and landscaping. A grand staircase greets guests who enter the foyer, and a fountain sits in the center of the circular driveway.

It is listed with Jeff Hyland from Hilton & Hyland Real Estate and Sally Forster Jones from Coldwell Banker Previews International.

Suzanne Saperstein's Beverly Hills estate is modeled after Louis XIV's palace at Versailles. The 45,000-square-foot home took five years to build following Saperstein's accumulation of five acres during the 1990s.

Should strolling the grounds bore you, there is a 50-seat screening room and a library. A nine-car garage completes the home's luxurious amenities.

Updown Court

Windlesham, Surrey

Said to be larger than both Buckingham or Hampton Court palace, this 103-room home has 58 acres of gardens and woodlands.

Several ballrooms and grand entrance ways punctuate Updown Court, which has a panic room, an indoor squash court, bowling alley, 50-seat cinema, helipads, space for eight limousines and a heated marble driveway. Marble bathrooms are nice, but some would say indoor spas, Jacuzzis and pools with views of the grounds are better.

Referring to my previous post yang bertajuk "Gold / Emas: Reach $1060, Malaysian investors gain profit? Nampaknya it is on the right track. Now the price already reached $1,150. Refer to this chart:

Ada sesiapa yang berani beli emas time tu tak? Atau ada yg dah beli awal2 sblm harga tu? hehe...Sure tgh laughing to the bank now, ahaks...

No.2" ..Cuba you all comparekan chart, serupa tak?

wallahu'alam...

Akhirnya, hari yang ditunggu-tunggu tiba. Pukul 3 ptg flight MAS ke Malaysia, so checkout pukul 12pm, terus pi Airport...berdebar2 aku dgn beg yg amat berat. Untuk nak elakkan kena overload charge, aku beli satu beg kecik trolley utk dijadikan hand luggage...harap2nya tak kena overload charge...kalau aku tak silap kalau kat Malaysia kena charga RM120 sekilo, kalau kat Istanbul about 120Lira sekilo, mahal tuu...

Dalam hari Khamis sampai la tu...hehe...horey....
AbgZan
Harganya amat murah dan berpatutan, iaitu hanya 10 Lira (x 2.3 = RM), so total about RM23 aja. Perjalanan about 1 hour 30 minutes, not bad, huh!

Apa pun, kalau u all datang Istanbul, I think this tour is a must. Otherwise, rugi aja datang...

Nak tgk preview, tgk pic2 di bawah...Kalau nak tgk video, datang jumpe gua, haha...

Hari ini hari terakhir di Bosnia, hehe....Gembira pon ada nak jumpe keluarga dan sanak saudara...sedih pon ada nak tinggalkan BOsnia ni, hehe...bila la lagi agaknya akan sampai sini, hehe...Mana taknya, tempatnya lawa2, orang2nya baik (walaupon susah nak cari org yg pandai cakap ENglish, hehe)....bila dah sebulan duk sini, rasa sedih la jugak....tapi at the same time, perasaan tu berbaur dgn kerinduan nak berjumpe dgn famili , hehe....dan juga, kebosanan makan makanan bosnia yg tak pelbagai, hehe....

So, dalam pukul 1.55pm local time (-7jam dari Msia), kapal terbang akan berlepas...so kena ada kat airport at least 1 jam seblm berlepas...sbb sini aiport dia tak busy...kol 12pm nak checkout, beg berat gile ni, takut overload....

Ascending triangle ni berbentuk seperti di bawah, di mana once line horizontal yang di atas (or also known as RESISTANCE LINE ) if if is broken. ia dipanggil breakout, yang boleh mempengaruhi price to accelerate:

Sehingga kita berjumpa lagi, wassalaam.

Ia agak berkesan.

Next time saya akan sentuh Chart Pattern No.2 pulak....insyaAllah....
Wallahu'alam...
Takkan baca aja, tinggalkan komen sikit di bawah ni, hehe

Salaam all,

kitorg diberi pilihan utk beli tiket KM25, KM50 atau KM75....KM ni adalah mata wang Bosnia, 1km=Rm2.50 macamtu.... kitorg pon amik la KM50...mula2 ingat nak amik tiket termurah = KM25 tapi tak jadi sbb KM25 adalah tiket utk berdiri....tapi bila sampai sana, menyesal lak beli tiket tu, ahaha, sbb most of the time kitorg berdiri aja...

anyway, opening utk Malaysia fashion dipelopori oleh anak2 org2 embassy....

ni dia gambar2 model2 yg hired utk memakai baju2 tradisi Malaysia, Mesir dan Bosnia ... ada 3 gambar setiap negara ( ada byk gambar, tapi ni gambar2 yg ok larrr..)...hope you guys enjoy (that was my first time kot pergi fashion show, ahaks)...what do u think about the event?
