Ok berbalik kpd cerita lepas. Adakah skrg waktu terbaik utk beli emas?

Skrg ni, harga emas is moving in the range of USD1525 to 1800 per ounce. From the short term trend, it looks like it is moving downward.. kalau long term, masih menaik... tapi utk sambung naik price kena break USD2000 price barrier dulu, baru dia boleh pergi ke paras USD3000 per ounce.. tapi not in the near term i supposed...

Utk medium term, sy rasa there is more downside to go...skrg ni harga abour USD1650 per ounce... sy rasa dlm 2 minggu ni dia akan retest USD1525 barrier... dan sy yakin support tersebut akan broken, dan menuju ke paras USD1300 - 1400.. siapa berani, itu harga terbaik utk nak accumulate more golds. Siapa tak berani tunggu ia turun lagi ke paras USD1200, baru beli...

Kalau saya, memandangkan tiada siapa dapat guess dgn tepat, dan tiada siapa tahu what is going to happpen in the future, better beli sikit2.. dgn kaedah DCA (dollar cost averaging).. Antara kaedah boleh buat adalah, spend 1/3 dpt money allocation utk beli pada harga USD1530... kalau dia turun lagi ke paras USD 1300 -1400, spend lagi 1/3... dia turun lagi USD1200, beli lagi another 1/3... average jadi le about USD1350...kira okler tu... tapi persoalannya kenapa nak kena beli sikit2...napa tak tunggu aja dia turun ke paras USD1200?

Jawapannya mudah jer, sbb nobody knows where is bottom... buatnya kita dok tunggu, last2 dia tunggu ke paras USD1201 dan tak cecah USD1200 pon... dan kita dah ready dgn wang yg banyak ni... last2, price tak cecah 1200 dan terus naik mendadak ke 1900-2000...tak ke berguling ketensenan nanti, hehe...

Tapi apa pon... selain daripada emas, sy lebih berminat dgn silver... nanti ada masa sy smbg citer yer :)

Just nak share, aritu Speedy video yang jual cd dvd ada buat sales...discount gila2 punya.. ada jual cd , dvd, etc pada harga amat murah... contohnya, CD movie dan CD kartun pada harga RM1 sekeping... DVD pada harga RM2 sekeping... dan diorang ada jual key chain mcm keychain naruto, keychain angry birds, dan lain2 pada harga RM1 satu.. patung mcm dlm gambar tu pulak, tak pasti plak patung apa namanya, RM3 aja satu..botol air tu pon, RM3 sebotol..tempat sangkut CD dlm kereta RM3 jugak.... dan lain2...last2 beli semua dlm pic tu (termasuk 20 keping CD) hanya pada harga about RM50 camtu...

Hari tu ingat nak share kat blog ni, tapi tak sempat pulak... sibuk dgn mcm2 hal...:)

Selain tu, ada jugak beli MP3 player ke apa ntah, cucuk kat tempat puntung rokok tu, boleh main lagu daripada thum drive, dia transmit frequency kpd radio dlm kereta...murah jer RM10 jer.. yg tu bukan beli dr Speedy, tapi dari sebuuah kedai dlm Alam Sentral... dlm Alam Sentral ni mcm2 boleh dpt murah, termasuk handphone dan laptop... sbb tu i rajin pi sana kalau nak carik brg2 electronik, hehe...

For the past 6 months, kita tgk harga emas bergerak dlm range USD 1525 - 1800 per ounce...

Drpd Nov 2008, harga time tu merudum ke paras USD680 per ounce... siapa yg beli time tu memang tersenyum :) hehehe.... kalau dlm RM, harga time tu about RM78 per gram (emas 999, atau emas 10 org panggil)....

By the way, all the price yg i mentioned here, i am not referring to the price of Poh Kong / Tomei / Habib Jewels punya price emas 916 yer... so harap u all tak keliru... sbb harga 916 memang different dgn harga emas sepuluh atau emas jongkong yang bank jual, atau certain2 kedai jual.. harga emas 916, kedai susah nak turunkan harga walaupon harga emas semasa dah merudum... tapi kalau harga emas semasa naik, laju aja kedai2 tersebut naikkan harga... hanya kedai2 tertentu saja kadang2 yang berani turunkan harga banyak.... yg itu nanti ler sy citer, kedai mana yg bes kalau nak beli emas...

Ok, sambung balik...selepas harga bottom pada Nov 2008 aritu, time tu sy duduk call Maybank semua cawangan di Lembah Klang utk beli emas kijang, tapi semua claim stok takde...tak tau betul ke tak, hampeh betul, hehe.. kadang2 nak deal dgn bank ni payah jugak...better deal dgn kedai atau distributor lain... Selepas harga bottom pada USD680.... harga mula naik pada paras USD1100 - 1200..lepas tu, tak lama lepas tu, ada berita kata negara China nak kumpul emas.. time tu sy ada ler citer kat kwn2 dan family, utk beli lg emas kalau nak, sbb ia mgkin akan naik lagi ke paras USD1400..tapi tak ramai yg berani..tak lama pastu emas mula naik sampai ke paras almost USD2000 per ounce... dan time tu, adalah waktu terbaik utk jual... sbb memang itu la paras peak...

dan skrg range nya adalah spt disebbutkan tadi, USD 1525 - 1800 per ounce... kalau dlm RM per gram, abour RM160 - 185 per gram...

So adakah sekarang waktu terbaik utk beli?

Coming in at the No. 1 is the mansion called Fleur de Lys in the Holmbly Hills section of Bel-Air. The enormous mansion built by David Saperstein, and now belonging to his ex-wife, Suzanne, has been on and off the market since 2007. The pair divorced soon after the mansion was completed, so this estate has hardly even been lived in. Listed among the estate's possible interested buyers was Petra Ecclestone, but it was off the market until the day she bought the Spelling Manor in the same neighborhood, after which Fleur de Lys relisted. The hefty price tag on this estate, which has never before hit the market, may be less attributable to the circa-1941 house itself and more owing to the three parcels of land making up 91 acres of beautiful property. Old growth oaks, open meadows, and bordered by Huddart Park, the painting-like grounds also include a gate house, a caretaker's cottage and a school.

Harap kepada semua yg bercuti dapat memanfaatkan sepenuhnya masa yang ada. Kepada yang tak bercuti, selamat bekerja... Sy tahu mesti ada yg terpaksa bekerja walaupon public holiday, samada bos tak kasi cuti, atau office anda tak beri cuti, atau pon anda sendiri yang apply utk kerja masa public holiday sbb dpt triple payment, hehe...

Anyway, saya nak kongsi sikit ttg limit ASB. Berapa agaknya limit saving? Kebanyakannya yang diketahui ramai, limit adalah RM200k. Ada pulak teori yang kata, limit boleh dinaikkan kepada paras RM400k, atas permohonan daripada PNB. Tapi teori ni saya rasa tidak betul sbb saya ada tanya sendiri dgn PNB, PNB kata bukan begitu.

Limit yang betul adalah RM200k seorang. Akan tetapi limit tu akan naik setiap tahun, setiap kali bertambahnya dividen. Bermula daripada tahun pertama kita bukak akaun ASB. Contoh, katakanlah anda ada saving RM2k saja pun...

Tahun pertama: RM200k
Tahun kedua dpt dividen RM150 (2k x 7.5%=RM150) --> limit baru = 200,000+150 = RM200,150
Tahun ketiga saving anda ada lebih sikit, RM10k misalnya (dpt 7.5%, dpt ler RM750)---> limit baru RM200,150 + RM750 = RM200,900
Tahun keempat anda dpt bonus dr syarikat, so saving dah jadi RM100,000 (dividen RM7,500) --> limit baru akan jadi RM208,400 ...

Dan begitulah seterusnya, limit anda akan bertambah2, the same amount dividen anda dpt... Walaupun saving anda tak cecah RM200k lagi pon.... So, kalau anda duit nak masuk ASB atau nak buat ASB loan ke, anda nak fullkan akaun ASB anda, perlu diingatkan limit anda BUKAN LAGI RM200k, tetapi telah exceed that amount...

Anda bole kira sendiri berapa limit baru anda = RM200k + (dividen anda dpt setiap tahun) ... ataupon nak senang lagi, pergi PNB diorg leh cekkan :)

Alhamdulillah,
ASB baru aja announced smlm, dengan dividen 7.75%. Bonus pula sebanyak 1.5%. Secara jujur, saya tak galakkan untuk kita campurkan terus 7.75 + 1.5 = 9.25%. Sebab, 1.5% bonus tu dikira untuk 10 tahun baki dalam simpanan. Kalau average 10 tahun kita lebih daripada saving sekarang, mungkin in favor utk kita... tapi kalau average jauh lebih rendah, 1.5% tu kira macam nothing...

Contohnya, kalau 10 thn lepas kita ada RM0, 9 thn lepas kita ada RM0, 8 thn lepas ada RM100, 7 thn lepas RM500, bla bla bla....thn lepas ada RM100k, dan tahun ni ada RM120k... cuba kira berapa average saving kita utk 10 thn...? darab dgn 1.5%... kira punya kira hanya about 0.1% aja kot, hehe...

Tapi sebaliknya kalau mereka yg dulu ada RM100k, pastu skrg dah tingal RM0, mgkin dah dikeluarkan utk buat bisnes atau education anak dan sebagainya. BONUS tu positive utk mereka....walaupon skrg saving zero pon...

Apa pon, dividen agak banyak...alhamdulillah...

ASB: Tertinggi dalam 5 tahun (sumber: utusan)

 KUALA LUMPUR 21 Dis. - Permodalan Nasional Bhd. (PNB) hari ini mengumumkan pengagihan pendapatan Amanah Saham Bumiputera (ASB) sebanyak 7.75 sen seunit dan bonus 1.15 sen seunit untuk tahun kewangan berakhir 31 Disember 2012.

Agihan pendapatan itu meningkat 0.10 sen seunit berbanding 7.65 sen seunit yang dibayar tahun lalu.
Pengerusi PNB, Tun Ahmad Sarji Abdul Hamid berkata, kadar pengagihan itu adalah yang tertinggi bagi tempoh lima tahun iaitu sejak 2008 dan bakal memberi manfaat kepada 7.82 juta pelabur yang melanggan 110.2 bilion unit ASB.

Katanya, pengagihan pendapatan tersebut membabitkan pembayaran sebanyak RM8.13 bilion, peningkatan sebanyak 17.5 peratus berbanding RM6.92 bilion yang dibayar pada 2011.
